Marset Tam Tam 3/5 Suspension Lamp Shade only (Blue) - Second chance

The Marset Tam Tam is organized chaos. Designed by Fabien Dumas, it was launched by Marset for retail in 2011. Seen as a juicy bunch of grapes, Nick Mason’s drums from Pink Floyd,or the constellation of Perseus… the Marset Tam Tam fits all of these descriptions. The Marset Tam Tam Suspension Lamp is a design for a new perception in the world of lamp and lighting.

The desing of the Marset Tam Tam Suspension lamp consists of a central lamp shade made or lacquered aluminum. Attached to the central shade, are the “satellite shades.” These satellite shades have the ability to rotate a full 360º by means of a swivel mechanism. The light emanated from the Marset Tam Tam is a soft, warm light, made possible by an opalescent, methacrylate diffuser.

The Marset Tam Tam Suspension Lamp is available in two sizes: a regular sized (50 cm diameter in the central shade) with either 3 or 5 satellite shades and a mini size (35 cm in diameter in the central shade) with 3 satellite shades. The central shade is available in Black or Off-white. The satellite shades are available and can be combined in Black, Off-white, Orange, Green, Brown, Sand and Blue.
