Kartell FL/Y Pendant Lamp

Ferruccio Laviani designed the FL/Y Kartell pendant lamp back in 2002. A pendant lamp with a timeless stylised design, where the shape was reduced to the bare essentials for perfect light diffusion. The lampshade is not exactly a half sphere, but is cut off a few centimetres below the centre to better concentrate the light downwards.

The FL-Y pendant lamp is available in different versions and thus can fit into many interior styles. From transparent cheerful colours, glossy or matt neutrals to the glamorous metallic finishes. Each of these finishes creates a distinct eye-catcher in the living room or above the dining table.

The original transparent version in fresh colours or Crystal transparent are reminiscent of a soap bubble with its rainbow shimmer. The ideal FL/Y pendant lamp to add a touch of colour with an airy feel to your interior.

If you prefer to keep it a little more sober, you can opt for the FL/Y Pendant Lamp in glossy white, which lets the light gently shine through, glossy black for a more chic look and matt white or brown with a black interior for an extra minimalist finish.

For a glamorous, shiny touch in your interior, Kartell's FL/Y pendant lamp is also available in Metallic Copper, Metallic Gold and Chrome. Like the other versions, these are made from the same recycled thermoplastic technopolymer, obtained from pure waste material uncontaminated by other materials, and were given a metallic coating.

The FL/Y pendant lamp has a diameter of 52cm and height 33cm. This version can be hung perfectly alone, but is also fantastic when combined with the Big FL/Y and Small FL/Y. You can adjust the cable length from 46cm to 241cm. All FL/Y pendant lights come with a matching bulb for the perfect light distribution.
