Ay Illuminate Hozuki pendant (Large) - Second Chance 3

Based on the fragile fruit of the lantern plant

For the Hozuki pendant lamp, Wataru Sukuma drew inspiration from Japanese paper art and the paper-like shape of the hozuki lantern plant. He created this pendant lamp at MASAECO in the Philippines where he is creative director, a company specialising in handmade paper products acquired from local agricultural waste.

The Hozuki pendant lamp is composed of strips of white recycled paper with a cloud-like colour and texture. The graceful organic shape is obtained by gluing the strips together in this way, creating a ribbed structure without the need for a metal or bamboo frame.

The texture and colour of the Hozuki pendant lamp creates a warm glow and inviting light diffusion, while its airy and fragile shape adds an elegant touch to your interior. In the living room, over the dining table or in the bedroom, the Hozuki pendant lamp is available in 3 sizes suitable to apply in any space.
